How to request deletion of data connected to your AdFrames account or Meta business connection.

Deletion options

Apps that access Meta user or business data must provide a way for people to request deletion of that data. AdFrames currently satisfies this requirement by providing these deletion instructions. AdFrames is part of Creative Ground Technologies Private Limited.

Request deletion from AdFrames

To request deletion of data associated with your AdFrames account or connected Meta assets, email support@adframes.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

  • the email address used with AdFrames;
  • your business or company name;
  • the relevant Meta business portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram professional profile, or catalog name, if known; and
  • a short note confirming that you want AdFrames data deleted.

We will review the request, verify that it relates to an authorized account or business asset, and delete or de-identify data that is no longer needed for AdFrames. We may retain limited records where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record obligations.

Remove AdFrames from Meta

You can also revoke AdFrames access from your Meta account or business settings, or use the Disconnect Meta option inside AdFrames when available. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Find AdFrames and remove access. If your AdFrames account remains unsubscribed for more than one subscription cycle, we may automatically disconnect the Meta connection for that account. If Meta presents an option to request deletion of data associated with the app, follow that prompt and also email us using the instructions above so we can process the request on the AdFrames side.

What we delete

Deletion may include account records, connected asset identifiers, cached catalog fields, generated creative records, assignment metadata, and support records associated with the request, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

Timing and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete valid requests as soon as reasonably possible. When complete, we will send a confirmation to the email address used for the request.
