Delete your AdFrames account and its data yourself, in under a minute, without contacting anyone.

Delete it yourself

Sign in and go to Account settings → Your data → Delete my account. Type your email address to confirm, and the deletion is scheduled.

There is a 7-day grace period before anything is erased. That window exists so a deletion started by someone who got into your account can still be stopped: we email you as soon as the request is made, and you can cancel it from the same screen at any time until it runs. We email you again once it has completed.

What is deleted

  • your account and profile;
  • every workspace you own, and its members' membership records;
  • your Meta connection — the stored access token is deleted and revoked at Meta, not merely forgotten on our side;
  • the supplementary feed AdFrames created in your catalog, removed from your Meta catalog so it does not sit there pointing at a dead URL;
  • every ad image AdFrames generated from your catalog, deleted from object storage — not just unlinked;
  • the frames, badges and fonts you uploaded;
  • your catalog design settings and generation history; and
  • your account activity log, including the IP addresses in it.

What is kept, and why

Invoices and payment records. Tax and accounting law in most of the countries AdFrames operates in requires those to be kept for six to ten years, and a deletion request does not override a statutory retention obligation. They are financial records of a transaction, not a profile of you.

Records of actions AdFrames staff took on an account are kept as an audit trail, with your identifiers, IP address and any free-text context stripped out of them.

Just the Meta connection

If you want AdFrames to stop accessing Meta but want to keep your account, go to Brand setup → Disconnect Meta inside the workspace. That revokes our access at Meta and deletes the stored authorization immediately.

You can also remove AdFrames from Meta's side: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find AdFrames and remove it. If Meta offers you a "request deletion of data associated with this app" option, follow it — and also delete your AdFrames account or disconnect as above, so both sides are actioned.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@adframes.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the address on the account, and include:

  • the email address used with AdFrames;
  • your business or company name; and
  • the relevant Meta business portfolio, Page, Instagram professional profile, or catalog name, if you know it.

We verify that the request relates to an account you control, then run the same deletion described above. We acknowledge within 10 business days and complete valid requests within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests — we will tell you if that happens and why.
