Use the Help button in the bottom-right corner of any page — including inside your workspace, where you can point at the thing that is not working. Chat runs on HubSpot and only loads once you press the button, so the first press asks you to confirm that.

If you arrived here from the Chrome extension, the chat should already be opening. If a script blocker stops it, email works just as well.

Email

support@adframes.app — anything about your account, billing, a generation that did not come out right, or a Meta connection that will not stay connected. Include your workspace name and, if it is about a specific run, the ad ID.

Privacy, data export and deletion requests go to privacy@adframes.app, which is monitored separately so they do not sit behind a support queue. You can also do both yourself from your account page.

Before you write in

A few things answer themselves faster than we can answer them:

  • The extension says an ad is not a catalog ad. AdFrames only works on catalog (dynamic product) ads. A single-image or video ad has no product set to render against.
  • Drafts. An unpublished draft does not exist in Meta's API yet, so the extension cannot resolve it. Publish it first.
  • Catalog mismatch. The ad's catalog has to match the default catalog configured for that workspace. The error names both so you can see which one to change.
  • Images not appearing in the ad yet. Meta fetches a supplementary feed on its own schedule; generation finishing is not the same as Meta having picked it up.
  • Nothing generated and credits untouched. Check the Frames page in your workspace — a job that hit a plan limit says so there.

Reporting something sensitive

If you believe you have found a security issue, email privacy@adframes.app with the details rather than raising it in chat — chat transcripts sit in HubSpot, and a vulnerability report should not.
