AdFrames is part of Creative Ground Technologies Private Limited. AdFrames helps businesses create framed catalog ad creative for Instagram placements. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion of data connected to your use of AdFrames.
Information we collect
When you use AdFrames or request access to connect AdFrames with Meta business assets, we may collect account and workspace information such as your name, email address, company name, plan, support messages, and basic usage information.
If you connect Meta assets, we generally request access to the business portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram professional profile, and Catalog Manager assets you authorize. Depending on the Meta permissions granted, this may include business asset identifiers, page or profile metadata, catalog identifiers, product catalog fields, product image references, prices, offer fields, and creative assignment status.
How we use Meta platform data
AdFrames uses Meta platform data solely to provide the AdFrames service: identifying eligible business assets, reading authorized catalog fields, generating or previewing framed creative, and assigning designed creatives to ads or catalog placements selected by an authorized user.
We do not sell Meta platform data. We do not use Meta platform data for unrelated profiling, unrelated advertising, or purposes outside the AdFrames product workflow described on this website.
Sharing and service providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, host, secure, support, and improve AdFrames. These providers may only process information for our stated business purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of AdFrames, our users, or others.
Retention
We retain account, support, and product usage data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AdFrames, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Meta platform data is retained only while it is needed for the authorized business purpose or until access is revoked or deletion is requested, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by AdFrames. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to data based on business need and work to keep platform data scoped to the permissions and assets authorized by the user.
Your choices and deletion rights
You may disconnect AdFrames from Meta business assets through Meta settings, by revoking access in your connected business tools, or by using the Disconnect Meta option inside AdFrames when available. If an account remains unsubscribed for more than one subscription cycle, we may automatically disconnect its Meta connection. You may also request deletion of data associated with your AdFrames account or Meta connection by following our User Data Deletion instructions.
