Using AdFrames
AdFrames is part of Creative Ground Technologies Private Limited. AdFrames provides tools for creating framed catalog ad creative and overlay treatments for Instagram placements. By using AdFrames, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable platform rules.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the catalogs, product images, offers, pricing, logos, brand assets, ad accounts, pages, profiles, and other materials you connect or provide to AdFrames. You must have the rights and authority needed to use those assets and to authorize AdFrames to process them for your business.
Meta platform access
When you request to connect AdFrames with Meta, we generally request access to your business portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram professional profile, and Catalog Manager assets. These permissions are used solely to identify eligible assets, generate or preview designed creatives, and assign those designed creatives to ads, catalog ads, or Instagram placements selected by an authorized user.
You agree that your use of AdFrames with Meta assets must comply with Meta's applicable terms, developer policies, advertising standards, commerce policies, and platform rules. AdFrames is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.
Restrictions
You may not use AdFrames to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- misrepresent products, prices, offers, or availability;
- upload or use creative assets you do not have permission to use;
- attempt to access Meta assets you are not authorized to manage;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service; or
- use Meta platform data for purposes unrelated to AdFrames.
Plans, credits, and availability
Paid plans, image credits, refresh cadences, and add-ons are described on the pricing section of the website. Features may change as the product evolves. We work to keep AdFrames available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Data deletion and privacy
Our handling of account and Meta platform data is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of data connected to AdFrames are available at User Data Deletion.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AdFrames is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
